Olvini Villa is built in a 2000m2 private green plot with grass garden, olive trees and a 45m2 heated swimming pool for adults plus a 5m2 for children. The villa building covers 230m2 split into three floors.
Entering the villa from the first floor, you will find a stylish living room, a large dining room, a fully equipped and well-organized kitchen, a WC and a large terrace balcony with an unbroken view to the pool and the White Mountains of Chania. The top floor over looks at the 4 horizons, consists of three fully air-conditioned bedrooms with high quality mattresses, two with king size bed and a family room with two bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own open plan en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor with separate entrance next to the pool, you will find a large open space living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other one with two single beds. The patio door at the living room leads to a large pool terrace with the option of al fresco dining using the built-in BBQ.
Most of the interior furniture and furnishings are hand-made by Cretan Craftsmen, this special interior decoration combined with all the modern comforts of a luxury holiday home, offers a quality and high-end accommodation to our guests. The carefully designed gardens and the sea blue heated pool, fit perfectly with the surroundings and give a sense of harmony.
During the mid-day you can relax at the comfortable sun-loungers by the pool or take a nap under the shade of the olive trees with full of privacy and quietness.
In the evening you can either enjoy the magnificent view that paints with the nicest colors the clear blue Mediterranean sky or you can drive in a distance of approximately 3-4 minutes to the nearest restaurants and taste the Cretan cuisine.
Ideal location, peaceful, far from the crowdy touristic areas, but at the same time very close to everything. There is free private parking in front of Olvini Villa where you can easily park your car hires.
